Thursday Video Roundup (Brian Fallon, Devil You Know, Aerials, Sky Valley Mistress)

This must be Thursday. I never could get the hang of Thursdays.

Brian Fallon – “Nobody Wins”

The Gaslight Anthem’s Brian Fallon releases his hugely anticipated debut solo album Painkillers on March 11. “Nobody Wins” is the second track to be released and it’s a nice bit of acoustic-driven rock to soothe you before that late afternoon “ARGH I HAVE TO FINISH THIS BEFORE THE WEEKEND” panic at 3pm.

Devil You Know – “Consume The Damned (Live)”

Devil You Know have posted an official live video for the track “Consume the Damned”. The track is taken from the band’s latest album They Bleed Red and was filmed during their tour with Papa Roach and Five Finger Death Punch last year.

Aerials – “Separate”

A bit of alt-rock from Brisbane with the new single from Aerials. Alternately laid back and bouncy, it’s a decent number with a punk feel. Check ’em out.

Sky Valley Mistress – “Hell Ain’t Got Your Hound”

Sky Valley Mistress are a female fronted four piece who play with fuzz, feedback and rock and roll. They’ve just dropped  a new video and it’s something special. A simple, intimate, small-room recording of the band playing, but filmed in 360-degree surround-o-vision. For best results, you have to watch this on your phone using the YouTube app.
