After becoming the most popular fan-funding campaign on the planet and hitting their goal in 37 hours The Idol Dead have released their fourth studio album Tension & Release.
Since their second album Dark Little Hearts (2012) they have thrived through the new model of fan-to-artist, fostering a strong, rewarding relationship with their fans which has paid for all recordings since whilst allowing them to donate a constant percentage to charities held close to their hearts.
Securing over £10,000 directly from their fans through pledgemusic.com (beating musical veterans such as Willie Nelson and Erasure), they are now booking their first UK headline tour for May 2018.
