The Answer

It follows the previously released track ‘Beautiful World’, which is bathed in a dark, cinematic eeriness and was co-written with former Massive Attack producer / composer, Neil Davidge. Touché Amoré

L.A.-based post-hardcore band Touché Amoré have just released their new single “Rapture.” The fourth offering from Touché Amoré’s upcoming album Stage Four, “Rapture” reveals the acclaimed indie band’s more art-rock-leaning sensibilities. Out this Friday, September 16th, Stage Four marks the most deeply personal album yet from Touché Amoré lead singer Jeremy Bolm, guitarists Nick Steinhardt and Clayton Stevens, bassist Tyler Kirby, and drummer Elliot Babin. The follow-up to their 2013 art-punk masterpiece Is Survived By, the band’s fourth album centers on the death of Bolm’s mother, who passed away from cancer in 2014. Touché Amoré created Stage Four with producer Brad Wood, delivering their most urgent yet nuanced work to date: a haunting and challenging but ultimately rewarding listen. You can listen to ‘Rapture’ below:

Headless Kross

headless-kross-projections-1Within the realms of extreme music, there are paths few bands dare to tread, masochistic auditory experiences enjoyed by a select few, feared and misunderstood by many. Glasgow’s Headless Kross are terrifying, dishing out grim music that’s an exercise in primeval tension and paranoia. Their forthcoming offering Projections I is released on November 18th via At War With False Noise.  Ahead of their release the band have debuted their track “…Does Not Equal Time” for listening which can be checked out below: That’s all for now folks! :)
