I recently managed to nab some of Jaret’s valuable time, in between his solo work (new single out recently) and his Bowling For Soup frontman duties. The first part of this interview focused on Jaret and the band’s music, but for part 2 I wanted to focus on Jaret’s open stance on mental health. I also wanted to thank him for helping me deal with a difficult time I went through some time ago.
