For an all-powerful immortal near-deity, he was remarkably down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Of course, the conversation did veer towards some topics that us lowly humans may consider taboo (the ability of women to cook, how humans came into being, why GWAR like dogs so much) as well as a bit of a chat about GWAR’s new album (out around now depending on where in the world you live), upcoming tour and how to get them playing the SuperBowl half time show in 2015.
Seriously, sign the hell out of that petition. Even if you don’t like American football, get your name on it. Then sign up for a dozen other email accounts and sign it again.

Of course, the reason for the interview is to push that new album – Battle Maximus – which I can confirm is well worth a listen. In fact, I would go as far as to say it’s possibly the best GWAR album to date. Honestly.
