Today we introduce to you Essex based post-hardcore quintet Arizona, who will release their debut EP The Hunter. The Gatherer on October 20th.
Arizona made themselves known after receiving praise from BBC Introducing in Essex, who showcased two of the bands debut singles. The band then went on to play some amazing shows with the likes of Ghost Music’s hate-groovers Fathoms, Exeter based hardcore phenomeon Napoleon and Epitaph Records’ I Killed The Prom Queen.
This autumn the band are aiming high and are hungry for some national success with debut EP release The Hunter, The Gatherer, recorded by Empress AD’s Alex Loring.
This is just the beginning for the quintet who this week unveiled lead single release “Black Hart” from the EP. “The next year is hopefully going to be a busy one for us,” explains front man Jacob, “We are well into writing for our full length debut, and I don’t think we will stop until that has been torn apart and meticulously analysed from every angle. Festival season next year is certainly something we’re exited to hit and just look forward to branching out after the release of the EP”.
