Where to start with Jupiter Falls? Their formation in Leeds in 2013? The fact they had an EP out the same year? The withdrawal of that EP from sale… because Roy Z heard it and liked it so much he wanted to remaster it for them? All good points.
How about their excellent live show featuring dates in the UK and France? Or their second EP which dropped in 2016? Or the rave reviews that recent single “This is a War We Cannot Win” has been receiving since it was released in December last year?
No. No, we’re going to start with the fact that their new album Faces In The Sand (Part One) is out on March 24th. Influenced by the likes of G’n’R, A7X, Alter Bridge and the like, it’s a simply superb collection of hard rock songs. There’s melody, there’s emotion, there’s aggression, there’s crunch… If you like rock music, then you’ll love this album.
But who are we to tell you what you should like? Check it out yourselves below and prepare to be awestruck. You have until March 10th to enjoy the stream until it’s taken back down. Make the most of it!
Jupiter Falls play an album release show this Saturday 4th March at the Cross Keys in Morley, supported by Gone Savage. Expect to hear a bunch of the new stuff when you’re there.
