Video Roundup: Dee Snider / Allegaeon / Rise of Kronos / RF Force / Far Beyond Empire / Resolve

A quick-fire half dozen from our mailbox. Dozens of new releases over the last couple of days and it’s always so hard to choose a handful!

Dee Snider

Absolute frickin’ legend Dee Snider reveals a heartfelt music video for “Stand”, featuring footage from America’s Deadliest Rock Concert: The Guest List.

While I didn’t write “Stand” for the Station nightclub fire documentary America’s Deadliest Rock Concert: The Guest List, it is a perfect fit. The full tragedy of that horrific night was the despicable lack of support shown for a community in desperate need. “Stand” speaks to the importance for us all to recognize these moments of desperation and do something about them. “Don’t leave your mark… leave a scar!”

Allegaeon

Allegaeon are bringing the filth with “Vermin”, the third video from their new album, Damnum, out now on Metal Blade Records. Today the band hits Brooklyn, NY as the first date of the Origin North American Tour kicks off supporting Finnish metalers Omnium Gatherum.

Rise of Kronos

On March 25, the new album Council Of Prediction from the German death metallers from Rise Of Kronos will be released via MDD. The Hamburg-based band, which previously went by the name Surface, offers grim, modern and straightforward death metal on its 10 tracks, which also includes influences from progressive metal, Swedish death and even hardcore, but all of which are subordinate to the brute arrangements.

The video clip for “Cosmic Order” as an advance release is now available.

RF Force

Brazil’s RF Force have shared a brand new music video for the track “The Beast And The Hunter”, taken from the upcoming full-length self-titled record. The album is out on April 29th.

The band Far Beyond Empire, one of the biggest revelations of modern/death metal from Rio de Janeiro, have released a previously unpublished version of the song “Finding Sins”, taken from the album Sleepwalking Society.

Resolve

Resolve have released an alternate version of their track “Seasick Sailor”, taken from their debut album Between Me and The Machine via Arising Empire, out now.
