Doom merchants Alunah have announced a slew of dates across the UK in February, March, April, May, June and September. Nowt like planning properly in advance!
The West Midlands four piece featuring Soph Day (vocals and guitar), Dave Day (guitar), Dan Burchmore (bass) and Jake Mason (drum) recently signed a worldwide deal with Napalm Records / Spinning Goblin who have reissued the band’s White Hoarhound album on vinyl. Expect the band’s third album later this year.
Support at most gigs features local acts, from what I can gather, so expect some good line-ups. As an example, their Bradford gig has previous New Band of the Day headliner Monolith Cult amongst the openers.
