Drive-By Bukkake

The vulgar New England thrash band Drive-By Bukkake have released their new album Crucial Loads exclusively via limited edition vinyl (available at StoreEnvy and nowhere else). This Crucial Loads vinyl is limited to 100 copies and comes with MP3s, but is not available on any digital streaming services at this time.

Edited so that Google doesn’t class it as porn…

About the vinyl exclusive release, Drive-By Bukkake vocalist Brian Thompson commented:

Most people in 2017 just stream new albums on Spotify, but the art of buying a physical vinyl record is getting lost in the shuffle. So we wanted to put a focus back on physical media for our new album Crucial Loads. If you want to hear this album, buy the vinyl. The artwork is ridiculous, it sounds killer, and it just feels right. But we’re not complete dinosaurs, each vinyl comes with digital MP3s so you can listen on whatever device you want.

Brian on the Crucial Loads album concept:

We wanted to do a unique greatest hits (“crucial loads”) release. So we picked our favorite Drive-By Bukkake songs and called our good buds from other New England bands to do guest spots on every track. No digital drums, no fake bass tones, and no metronomes like our previous albums… just four dudes and their close friends playing raw thrash mixed with random movie samples. This is a crucial Drive-By Bukkake record.

Cadaveria

Cadaveria have revealed the cover artwork and the release date of the 2017 edition of Far Away From Conformity, the second album from the Italian horror metallers, originally released in 2004. The album will be out on December 8, in all digital stores and on CD, with a new graphic design. It comes out in deluxe digipak version with a twelve-page booklet via Sleaszy Rider Records.

The coloured vinyl version will be released via Shadows Records in a limited edition of 300 hand-numbered copies worldwide. The vinyl LP will be out on January 12, 2018, exactly fourteen years after the first release.

This is not just a reprint: the nine songs of Far Away From Conformity, including Blondie cover “Call Me”, have been completely remixed and remastered for the occasion. In addition, a bug in the backup of the original recordings made in 2003 had caused the loss of some vocal tracks and Cadaveria had to re-record them for the songs “Blood and Confusion” and “The Divine Rapture”. You can pre-order the album now.

Tracklist:

  1. Blood and Confusion
  2. Eleven Three O Three
  3. Irreverent Elegy
  4. The Divine Rapture
  5. Omen of Delirium
  6. Call Me (Blondie cover)
  7. Out Body Experience
  8. Prayer of Sorrow
  9. Vox of Anti-Time
