Accept unveil title track of upcoming album

The iconic heavy metal legends, Accept, have revealed the initial single from their upcoming album Humanoid (to be released on April 26th via Napalm Records) – the title track itself. This hard-hitting debut single showcases razor-sharp riffs in the unmistakable Accept fashion while also delving into the theme of our dependency on technology. The dystopian ambiance of the accompanying music video perfectly complements the track, portraying a stark contrast between a towering video wall and the band’s energetic live performance in front of it.

Accept, the pioneering heavy metal band hailing from Germany, made a significant impact on an entire generation of musicians. Established in 1976, Accept has consistently maintained their prominence in the music scene, boasting numerous sold-out shows, headlining slots at major international festivals, Gold certifications, #1 chart positions, and an impressive record of album sales over the years.

Following the release of their latest album, Humanoid, fans will have the opportunity to experience the new tracks live during Accept’s upcoming South American tour, commencing at the end of April. Additionally, they can catch the band at several prominent European summer festivals, including Hellfest, Wacken, and Masters of Rock. Tickets for Accept’s European headline tour in autumn 2024 are already available for purchase.

Accept on ‘Humanoid’:

The song plays with the omnipresent topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In a strange way, we have entered exciting times now… This Digital Revolution has a huge impact, probably bigger than anything humankind has ever gone through. The Industrial Revolution was huge, but this might be even bigger, and we’re just at the beginning of it. However, I’m also a little afraid that humanity gets lost and pushed aside in all this stuff. The song is pretty impactful and provoking!
