Video Roundup: Korpse / Taur-Im-Duinath / about:blank / Past Five / Kissing Candice / Twisted Illusion

It’s Monday, when everyone who didn’t send us a video on Friday makes up for it. And some people who did send us one on Friday send us another one. Or the same one again. Seriously, our mailbox is about 50% video links on a Monday. Anyway…

Extreme death metallers Korpse have released a stark new video for their new single “Molestation Condonation”, taken from forthcoming third full-length album, Insufferable Violence, out 26th February via Unique Leader Records. Pre order is available now.

Korpse comments:

We proudly present to you the third song taken from our upcoming album Insufferable Violence. It’s titled ‘Molestation Condonation’ and it’s about yet another attempt by the Catholic Church to cover up numerous sex abuse cases by their priests with pre teen boys and girls. We did our absolute best to capture our anger on this topic in the official music video accompanying the track. Let’s make sure this doesn’t go unheard!

Atmospheric black metallers Taur-Im-Duinath premiere the new video “Night Hymn” from their latest double release The Burning Bridges, out now via Cult Of Parthenope label.

about:blank are proud to announce their new video “Giants” taken from their latest album Anthology of a Cave released on 18/10/2019 via Too Loud Records.

Past Five

Swedish post-punk/alt-metal band Past Five have revealed a music video for their new single “Dop(e)amine”. The video was directed by Alexander Pettersson and Rasmus Klasson of Recvidd.

The track is a soaring rock anthem about the will to change the world, and the consequences thereof. For some, a change can be positive but for others, that same change can tip the balance of the universe and affect others with devastating consequences. Will the changes you make in life improve or destroy the lives of others?

Kissing Candice

Rising from the sorted murkiness of power, control, and sorted fixations comes the dark world of Kissing Candice with their new single/video dark “Raise Her”. A song depicting acts of fetishism, masochism, and other deviant dark fixations that linger at times in the dark recesses of the brain.

“Raise Her” was one of the first songs written for their, still to be titled, new album, due out sometime in 2021.

Twisted Illusion

With a diverse and expansive slew of influences panning from Rush, Toto and Dio to Queen, Twisted Illusion will re-release their newly recorded debut album, Temple of Artifice, on Friday 28th May, which is the album’s fifth anniversary of its original release. The alluring prog rockers have just released the first of a hatful of singles to support the album, proceeding with “Apocalypse …#lol”, out now.
