Netherall were one of the first bands that I had interviewed online and it was an absolute pleasure to find a band that plays brilliant progressive metal. Hailing from the home of heavy metal, Birmingham, this four piece have used this lockdown constructively and written songs that easily surpass anything that they have ever done before. Evidence of this is the release of the first of three singles called “Ruminate” from what I believe is a new album that Netherhall are working on. Progressive metal is not really my forte but this is truly stunning musicianship.

We are thrilled to bring you the first of three, one-take live performances from the famous Middle Farm Studios. Filmed at the end of our album drum sessions with the incredible Peter Miles, a total of three new songs have been captured in a one take, all live situation with minimal post editing. “Ruminate” is the first of three that will be released throughout the course of 2021.
