Video Roundup: The Dollyrots, Sinaro, Greyhaven UK, Disposable, The Nightstalker / Sercati, Akiva

Cramming another roundup into the hectic schedule as there’s simply too much good stuff to let it all pass you by!

The Dollyrots – “Just Because I’m Blonde”

The Dollyrots just released a brand new video for “Just Because I’m Blonde”, track four off the latest Dollyrots album Whiplash Splash. It’s pretty bonkers, to say the least! Check the video out below, and stream the whole album on their website if you haven’t rocked it yet.

Sinaro – “Break The Paradigm (Feat. Oli Herbert)”

New York City-based heavy metal band Sinaro have just shared their long-awaited official music video for the single “Break the Paradigm”. Led by Brazilian born guitarist Gus Sinaro, the band has been paving a name for themselves in the New York City metal scene and beyond. The video also features a guest appearance by guitarist Oli Herbert of All That Remains.

Greyhaven UK – “Truth”

UK heavy alt-rockers, Greyhaven unleash dense riffs, hooky refrains, and deliver energetic performances that have earned them much acclaim and critical praise. The Londoners’ towering sound nods to everyone from 30 Seconds To Mars, Don Broco and Alexisonfire. Greyhaven reveal their blistering new EP Breathe, via Outsider Records, on Friday 12th January 2018, and before then, the band drop the new video, “Truth”.

Disposable – “Ravenous”

Bringing together high energy live shows, fast paced performances, and memorable riffs with heavy hooks to boot, Disposable are the epitome of modern thrash. They were also our Band of the Day recently. Now, with their second album almost complete, a UK tour and a fresh line up, Disposable are ready to grab UK thrash by the balls with the release of ripping new single and accompanying, “Ravenous”.

The Nightstalker and Sercati – “Troubles In My Head”

Sercati are proud to present their new video “Troubles In My Head” in 360°. “Troubles In My Head” is taken from the album The Chronicles of Natural City. This video was produced by Be3D Production, specialists in virtual reality and 3d-relief videos/clips/movies.

Akiva – “M.O.D.”

A triumphant taste of the heavyweight synth-based electro that marks Akiva’s live sets, “M.O.D.” melds a strident musical backing to a fierce polemic on war, all brutal groove, pulsing analogue, fierce guitar licks and anthemic vocal. It is a song written about past events – namely the juxtaposition of the Ministry of Defence’s “Be the Best” recruitment campaign and the funeral cortèges on the streets of Wootton Bassett – but, indicative of this Bedfordshire band’s unflinching take on the state of the world, seems increasingly relevant now, as the clouds of war gather.
