Bad Touch UK tour:

King King – “Broken”

King King reveal the official music video for their new single “Broken” taken from their latest album Exile and Grace – out now. Exile & Grace was released on Friday 13th October (you can read the review here) and has been topping the Blues Charts and might even make the Top 30 of the main album charts this week.

The Velvet Addiction – “Stuck on You”

Swaggering, classic rockers The Velvet Addiction have released a music video for new single Stuck On You, the jamming lead track from their freshly announced debut EP Volume 1 to be released on Friday, October 27. To celebrate the release of Volume 1, The Velvet Addiction will be kicking on a tour through Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart and Melbourne.

Arch Enemy – “The Race”

Having just completed a successful run of dates across Eastern Europe on the “Will To Power International Tour”, extreme metal giants Arch Enemy are back with another ripping single from their recently released album, Will To Power (you can read James’ review here), with the music video single for “The Race”.

Founding member Michael Amott commented:

This was actually the last song written for the Will To Power album. Listening through all the material we had up to that point we agreed that the album needed one more song that would be a relentless and fast paced counterpoint to some of the more epic compositions we already had. We sent Alissa the music and she came up with a thought provoking set of lyrics with an intense vocal arrangement that complemented the music perfectly. We’ve been having a blast playing this song on the current tour and we had our video director Patric Ullaeus come out to capture the mayhem at our recent show in Helsinki, Finland… Enjoy “The Race”!

Jess and the Ancient Ones – “Minotaure”

Jess and the Ancient Ones is an occult rock band from Kuopio, Finland. This seven-headed entity was given birth by Thomas Corpse and Thomas Fiend, its purpose being the exploration of magical realms beyond the mundane. Third time around for Jess and the Ancient Ones sees them take a magical mystery trip to the dark side of the sixties as seen through the eyes of modern-day occult rock musicians. This time the band went for an organic and human approach and produced a very old fashioned album, 9 songs and 31 minutes, recorded and mixed together with their live sound engineer. The trippy video for new track “Minotaure”, directed by Tommi Hoffren is the first taster from their upcoming record.

Slipknot – “Before I Forget”

Slipknot are readying their upcoming DVD release, Day of the Gusano – Live In Mexico for this Friday 20th October via Eagle Rock Entertainment (Mosh was rather impressed). Today the band reveal a brand new clip from their incendiary live set. Shot in high definition and directed by Slipknot’s own M. Shawn Crahan, aka ‘Clown’, Day of The Gusano documents the Iowa band’s long-awaited and first ever show in Mexico City in December 2015 and will be released on digital, DVD and Blu Ray formats, as well as special gatefold deluxe triple vinyl/DVD and CD/DVD packages.
