Myth of a Life will be releasing a brand new EP entitled Chimera this September. Check out this beast from it and then make a note in your diary to get it when it comes out.
Alter Bridge – “The Other Side (Live)”
Another band with a September release is Alter Bridge – they’ve launched the digital pre-order for their upcoming Live At The O2 Arena + Rarities album, set for release on September 8th via Napalm Records. Doomsday Outlaw – “All That I Have”
Doomsday Outlaw released their single and video for “All That I Have” from album Suffer More yesterday. “All That I Have” is a swaggering, searing blues riddled rocker, showcasing the band’s trademark Southern rock alongside their dirty heavy blues influence.
The band have been locked in the studio laying down all new tracks for their Frontiers Records label debut, due for release in Spring 2018, and are about to shake off that cabin fever with a select few shows. Catch them at:
- 29 July – Corporation, Sheffield – with The Main Grains [yes, that’s tonight!]
- 4 August – The Old School House, Barnsley
- 5 August – Rescue Rooms, Nottingham – Mosh for Rossi charity festival
Kataklysm – “Blood On The Swans”
Canadian hyperblasters, Kataklysm, will celebrate their 25th band anniversary in 2017 and embark on a big headline tour through Europe in autumn (with a single UK date – boo). In support of these upcoming shows, the band now releases their lyric video to their mind-blowing classic “Blood Of The Swans” off the re-release of Shadows & Dust/Serenity In Fire in one box.
Bliss of Flesh – “Renunciation”
The Music video “Renunciation” enlightens Dante’s last step in his quest of God. Woken from the dead, he goes through temptation and lust to reach the Light of God. Then, will he accept his blessing or renounce in order to find the Truth… ?
It features on the album Empyrean (out now), which reveals a personal vision of Dante’s Paradise, focusing on the legitimacy of forgiveness and questioning the divine body in each human being.
The Cartographer – “Vultures”
Introducing Derby born metal outfit The Cartographer who are set to reveal their new single. “Vultures” is the final single to be taken from the bands EP Human Error that was released in 2016. The band are currently writing their debut album that is due for release at the end of this year.
