Tuesday Video Roundup: First Blood, The Drip, Squarecrow, Malacoda

We’re past that annoying hurdle that is Monday. Downhill from here, folks! Jump on the Moshville Times skateboard as we freewheel to Friday!

First Blood – “Rules of Life”

Vicious metal-edged hardcore band First Blood have officially joined Pure Noise Records and will release a new album, Rules, on February 10th. Fans can now pre-order the record and watch the band’s pummelling video for the new song “Rules of Life”.

The Drip – “Blackest Evocation”

Washington State quintet The Drip has premiered a new music video for the opening track off The Haunting Fear of Inevitability as release day approaches. Watch the chaotic live action video for “Blackest Evocation” right here.

Squarecrow – “Sarasota”

Squarecrow have premiered their music video for “Sarasota”. The track is taken from the band’s latest album, Rammi Jamms, which is available now on CD/Digital through La Escalera Records and now for pre-order on vinyl through La Escalera Records, Def Cow Records, Swamp Cabbage Records, Bomb Pop Records, and Did I Stutter Records.

Malacoda – “There Will Always Be One”

Canadian horror inspired symphonic power metallers Malacoda (named after a demon from Dante’s Divine Comedy) unleashed their new six track EP Ritualis Aeterna this past December. The EP is the follow up to their well-received 2014 self-titled debut album. Packed with dark atmosphere, originality and innovation, this is gothic power metal for the 21st century with intelligence and intensity to rival that of their infernal inspirations.

The ghouls of Malacoda recently premiered a new video for their track “There Will Be Always One”, which captures their behind the scenes time in studio recording Ritualis Aeterna.
