Wednesday Video Roundup: Bloodride, Belial, Half Sight, Empyrean Throne

Happy birthday to me. My present is getting to see The Wildhearts tonight, and my gift to you is four more videos to enjoy!

Bloodride – “Planet Alcatraz”

Having released their third album a couple of weeks ago, Bloodride is now ready to unleash their new music video “Planet Alcatraz”. Guitarist, Teemu Vähäkangas comments:

We wanted to make a video in a raw Do It Yourself-way. Two low-fi cameras to rehearsals and go! No faking or big video making, just us playing thrash.

Belial – “In Extremis”

Buckle up and strap in for one of the heaviest albums you’ll hear in 2017 in the shape of UK tech-death metal heavyweights Belial and their new EP Nihil Est, due January 2017 via Siege Music.

In celebration of the album news, the band have unveiled a new track from the record, “In Extremis”.

Half Sight – “The Brightest Son”

Touring is getting more and more difficult and not to mention more expensive for smaller bands and artists trying to cut through the crowd. Half Sight have documented their recent tour of Europe to give fans a bit of an insight, and put it together with their latest single “The Brightest Son”.

The track is taken from their debut album Rhetoric which was self-released earlier this year via Spoken Records UK.

Empyrean Throne – “Haereticus Stellarum Part II”

California based symphonic black metal band Empyrean Throne have released the official music video for the single “Haereticus Stellarum Part II” from their upcoming debut full length album Chaosborne, which is set for release on January 24, 2017. The album, which was produced and engineered by Mick Kenney (Anaal Nathrakh) is available for pre-order now on Bandcamp.
