Wednesday Video Roundup (Backdawn, Dan Patlansky, Celestial Son, As Sirens Fall, The Autumn Ravine)

I’ve been away for a couple of days (sore feet, camping stoves and half a yeargroup of pupils may have been involved) and returned to a mailbox overflowing with news, promos and videos. As such, apologies to those whose videos aren’t going to make it but supply is vastly out-stripping demand at the moment!

Backdawn – “I Shall Burn Your Empire”

First up today is a bit of French extreme metal from Backdawn. They recently released an album entitled I Shall Burn Your Empire and have followed it with this video for the title track.

Dan Patlansky – “Stop The Messin'”

After having seen him live recently, opening for local lads King King I had to include this new video from South African blue guitar ripper Dan Patlansky.

Celestial Son – “Open Wound”

A year to the day since Drone changed their name to Celestial Son, check out the latest video from the Danish rockers. If you like it then look up their album Saturn’s Return which is out now.

As Sirens Fall – “Where You Are”

With their debut EP , The Hospital Party, due for release on July 8th, Yorkshire lads As Sirens Fall have released a taster in the form of this new video. They seem to be excited about it – I think you should be too.

The Autumn Ravine – “Narcissus”

A little bonus fifth video to make up for being away and to try and grab a bit more from the backlog. June 13th will see the release of their new EP, An Intrinsic Evolution.
