Chelsea Wolfe – “16 Psyche”
Chelsea Wolfe has shared a new video for “16 Psyche”, the acclaimed lead single from her upcoming album Hiss Spun, due out September 22nd on Sargent House. Directed by Zev Deans, the video is a throwback to a now-classic era of metal and alt-rock music videos around the turn of the millennium. The video features Troy Van Leeuwen of Queens of the Stone Age, who appeared in many similar videos of the era.
Puppet Kings – “Otherside”
Hard-hitting, groove-filled three-piece Puppet Kings matriculate from the vibrant cornucopia of Brighton’s ever-expanding music scene. The rock ‘n’ roll newcomers hurl out gigantic rock, soaked with adrenaline fuelled riffery and huge choruses. The band unveil their new EP, Very Cool & Groovy, through all platforms on Friday 1st September. However, before then, the rock crew have just dropped the video for “Otherside”.
Reign of Vengeance – “In The Club With A Chainsaw”
Death metal artists Reign Of Vengeance announce the releases of their new video “In The Club With A Chainsaw”.
The video footage, which was previously vaulted and hidden due to pressing legal matters, was later recovered from the darkest corner of vocalist Marshall Beck’s garage and edited by renowned music video director and producer Matt Zane.
A Shoreline Dream – “Room For The Others”
One of the more fascinating shoegaze / post-punk / alternative groups of the past decade (and certainly one that comes with a brilliant pedigree thanks to close cooperation with Ulrich Schnauss) is A Shoreline Dream. Based in Barnum, Colorado (home of P.T. Barnum’s circus empire), their carnival and freakshow legacy have clearly inspired their audio-visual offerings.
Their new video for the single “Room For The Others” is a continuation of their video “Revolvist”, both of which feature intriguing alternative beauties Scissor Sweethearts. In a world demanding of greater tolerance (the screaming need for which is even more apparent following this weekend’s tragic events in the USA), the message in this new single is even more compelling. The video further drives home the point.
Highlives – “Nothing Left”
Highlives are a five-piece pop punk outfit from Bristol. They’ve just released their brand new single “Nothing Left” with a lyric video, which you can check out below. The band explains:
The track explores how a negative mind-set can push someone away in a romantic relationship whilst reflecting on the feelings that come with the absence of a loved one.

Iron Curtain – “Take it Back”
Iron Curtain has released a new video for the song “Take It Back”. That song is on the album Guilty As Charged, which was released October 14th, 2016 via Pure Steel Records. Simple, beer dipped doublebass tracks about all the good things in life, rough yet melodic vocals and flawless twin guitar leads go hand in hand with an authenticity, which is out of competition.
