Saturday Video Roundup: The Dollyrots, Syd Kult, KXM, Porshyne, Super American, CardiaC

After a busy week we’ve got a nice stack of videos we’ve not had a chance to show you yet. That’s the weekend sorted, then…

The Dollyrots – “Dance Like A Maniac”

With The Dollyrots’ sixth album Whiplash Splash just over a couple of weeks away from its full release, the band are delighted to share the album’s first official single.

“Dance Like A Maniac” is that single, and is everything one might expect of a short, sharp blast of The Dollyrots’ trademark bubblegum punk sound, designed to put a smile on the face of everyone who hears it. Not content with the release of just a new single, The Dollyrots have also made the full Whiplash Splash album available to be streamed on their own website.

Syd Kult – “Hangin’ Tree”

About a month and a half after the official release of their debut full-length album, French deep-rock trio Syd Kult just unleashed a new official music video for the song “Hangin’ Tree”.

KXM – “Noises in the Sky”

KXM, the hard rock trio comprising dUg Pinnick (King’s X), George Lynch (Lynch Mob) and Ray Luzier (Korn) have unveiled a new video for “Noises In The Sky”, another new track taken from their forthcoming second studio album, Scatterbrain set for release on Friday 17th March via Rat Pak Records.

Porshyne – “Exit (Live Session)”

Porshyne are an atmospheric rock five-piece hailing from Brighton. Formed in 2014, early releases from the band such as “Residue” and “Warp” have helped to cement their name within the Brighton music scene, leading to them playing shows alongside the likes of Black Peaks, Valerian Swing, Town Portal and many more. Now, after having burrowed away to record their debut EP Environmental Music with Mark Roberts (Black Peaks, Broker, The Physics House Band), Porshyne are set to return with their most heavy, emotive and accomplished material to date.

Super American – “Congratulations”

We now bring you the new Super American single “Congratulations” from their upcoming album Disposable which will be released on April 7th on CD/Digital via Take This To Heart Records. Anyone who is into early-mid 90’s alt/rock with a modern twist should really give this band a spin. The video was directed by Andy DeLuca.

CardiaC – “Adicto a la Vida”

Swiss heavy-rock/hardcore four-piece CardiaC have just shared a music video for the track “Adicto A La Vida”, which comes off the band’s new album Sangrar Hasta Lograrlo released in early 2016 by Tenacity Music.
