Derby blues-rockers These Wicked Rivers have announced their biggest UK headline tour to date in conjunction with Planet Rock.
The 11 date tour kicks off in Southampton on 1st December, calling in at Planet Rock’s Rockstock in Trecco Bay before heading onwards to Norwich, Birmingham, Sheffield, Glasgow, London, Chester and Newcastle. The tour winds up in Bristol on December 17th after their hometown Christmas celebration at The Hairy Dog, Derby.

With a reputation for soulful-bordering-on-spiritual live performances, timeless songcraft and… lampshades, the band promises to crank things up a notch at the forthcoming shows. Expect to hear new music from the Rivers’ hotly anticipated second album as well as fan-favourites such as “Testify” and “Don’t Pray For Me”.

Established in 2014, These Wicked Rivers are Derby’s entry to the new wave of rock and roll that is sweeping across the United Kingdom. Drawing influence from the well of rock legends and blues greats, the band have made quite an impact since their inception with their unique brand of blues-infused modern rock.
