The time has come to start announcing the final bands that will be playing at Moshville Oktoberfest 2023! We’ll be bringing bands from the underground scene that we think you deserve to see live – that’s what we’ve been all about since Day One! We have featured several Metal to the Masses winners and attendees of Bloodstock, so it felt right to bring some to you on Saturday October 7th in Glasgow, at Ivory Blacks. Be sure to watch out the final two bands who had applied for us and after a lengthy debate, were chosen and will play our gig.
First though, we have 2022 Somerset Metal to the Masses winners Unburier, who are a death/thrash metal band from the south west of England.
Being the support for our joint headliners Tortured Demon on their UK tour, it was obviously a no brainer that we shall have them on board. What is an added bonus is their take on death metal, which is really rather good, and we are delighted to have them on the bill.
Playing Incineration Festival this weekend tells you the calibre of band that we have added to our bill and looking forward to seeing them perform. If you like Exodus, Revocation and at times Sepultura while offering their own touches, Unburier will appeal! They have already played numerous gigs in their brief history and are definitely ones to watch.
