The time has come to start announcing some more bands that will be playing for Moshville Oktoberfest 2023! We’ll be bringing bands from the underground scene that we think you deserve to see live – that’s what we’ve been all about since Day One! We have featured several Metal to the Masses winners and attendees of Bloodstock on our site and radio station over the last couple of years, so it felt right to bring some to you on Saturday October 7th in Glasgow, at Ivory Blacks.

After the announcement of our two headliners, Red Method and Tortured Demon, a few weeks ago, it is with great pleasure time to announce another two bands who shall be playing Moshville Oktoberfest 2023 on Saturday October 7th at Ivory Blacks in Glasgow.
First we have Telford based metalcore outfit Recall the Remains who I first witnessed at a festival in Manchester in 2021. Having interviewed these boys and seeing them kick ass on stage at said festival, the team here at Moshville Times thought it would be a no brainer for us to approach Dan Carter at DC Sound Attack and ask for their availability. It will be a pleasure seeing these guys cause chaos on stage… and maybe get amongst it in the pit.
Secondly, we have Manchunian melodic deathcore band Portrayal of Ruinn who have been causing a bit of a stir and with the imminent release of their new single “Echo Chamber”, also being played on Ricky’s dark metal show tonight. Portrayal of Ruinn are looking to keep their momentum going by crossing the border and making some noise!
Having both of these bands who played Bloodstock last year, and playing Scotland for the first time, is exciting for us all and I personally look forward to seeing them both killing it on stage at Ivory Blacks.
