Leicester’s Uprising V – details and announcements

All the below straight from the PR machine behind Uprising V which has been given the go-ahead! The bill is still a work in progress, but already looks as strong as ever… More info here as we get it, and on the facebook event page.

Corby metallers Raging Speedhorn have announced several shows this year so far, including a pilgrimage to the Mother of all metal festivals Bloodstock Festival in August, and we can’t wait to welcome them to this years Uprising!

Their most recent album Hard To Kill was the follow-up to 2016’s Lost Ritual, and was the first to feature new vocalist Dan Cook who replaced long-standing co-vocalist John Loughlin. John stood down after 21 years during the recording of Hard To Kill leaving the mantle open for Dan. RSH also welcomed new guitarist Dave Leese and former Hundred Reasons bassist Andy Gilmour who join founding members Regan, drummer Gordon Morison, and guitarist Jim Palmer.
