Beermageddon adds five more bands

Beermageddon takes place from August 23rd to 25th at Stoke Prior, and the organisers have just announced another five bands to the existing lineup…

Saturday night headliners are Kambrium, making a festival return. Having appeared in both 2014 and 2016, cementing themselves as firm fan favourites and now with a brand new album under their belts it is time to experience their full headline set.

Once again they will make the journey from Germany to the hallowed grounds of Beermageddon, and this time they will bring their full headline show. Showcasing their brand new album Dawn Of The Five Suns alongside classic fan favourites the epic death metal shall reign supreme as Kambrium return to their spiritual home in the UK.

Hailing from Birmingham, the birthplace of heavy metal, and providing dark doom metal with added fuzziness Beermageddon welcomes Voidlurker.

At Beermageddon they actively go out and catch bands live, call it old school A&R or call it a love for live music, Voidlurker certainly made an impact on stage recently. There is an dark, ominous brooding side to their music, yet the warm fuzziness synonymous with doom metal, and they gel both sides with aplomb.

They are a young band with a very bright future, rising stars in the metal scene… As you will discover when the doom descends and Voidlurker take the stage at Beermageddon 2019!

Drawing on the rich history of Scotland, the culture and mythology, Beermageddon presents recent Band of the Day, Ruadh. Currently the solo project of atmospheric black metal genius Tom Perret, 2019 will see the release of the debut album Sovereign and more importantly the formation of the live incarnation of Ruadh.

The name translates to “red”. Tom himself was born and raised in one of the oldest Burghs in Scotland which translates to “The red glen”. Rumour has it the area was once a settlement of Reuther, an ancient king of the Scots, who ruled between 213 and 187 BC.

This is a Beermageddon exclusive, with Ruadh playing their debut show at the festival and this will be the only chance to catch them live in 2019 so, as you can imagine, Beermageddon are hugely excited to unleash the full live experience of Ruadh!

What started as a studio project, evolved into a full live leviathan, and now Beermageddon welcomes the heavy thrash titans Mörti Viventi. When you take a healthy obsession with zombies, and turn it into a blistering thrash experience, the result is The Day The Dead Returned, the crushing debut album from Mörti Viventi.

With the live lineup in place, the stage is set for Mörti Viventi to wake the dead at Beermageddon 2019!

Hailing from the heart of the West Midlands, an area steeped in metal history, Beermageddon brings you all the groove with Left For Red.

For close to a decade the band have been cementing their position across the UK and one of the brightest emerging talents with prestigious festival slots and big name supports. With a brand new album about to drop, Left For Red are prepared to decimate stages everywhere. That decimation comes to Bromsgrove, and Beermageddon this August Bank Holiday, with Left For Red!
