There’s a new tattoo convention in London town showcasing the best artists in the UK and Ireland, and we at The Moshville Times are invited along to see what it’s all about.
The history of ink and the evolution of tattoos is a wonderful thing, as new and old styles are brought together under one event centre. This is the chance for ink collectors to roam the halls and watch their favourite artists at work. It’s a spectator sport and window shopping for the tattoo fan.
On March 17th and 18th The Tattoo Collective will take over the Old Truman Brewery in London’s East End, Brick lane, the home of the curry and 24-hour bagel shops. The area’s synonymous with trades of the world bringing in tastes from around the globe. Only this time, Tattoo Collective has brought in around 150 artists to show off their skills for two whole days.
You’ll get to see some of the finest artwork based in the UK and Ireland, watch as they blend their ink into someone’s skin to create a masterpiece. At the event you’ll see the likes of Matthew James, Samantha Ford, Harriet Hapgood, Joe Carpenter, Luke Sayer, Jenna Kerr, Rich Harris and Szidi plus so many more.
