Bowling For Soup’s album number four, Drunk Enough to Dance, contains crackers like “Emily”, “Life After Lisa” and “Girl All The Bad Guys Want”. It also has a couple of songs that Jaret focussed on during his recent From Heartache to Hilarity tour – “Surf Colorado” and “Cold Shower Tuesdays” (which wasn’t played at Glasgow, but was requested heavily!).
Continuing their tradition of bringing great opening bands to visit us, BFS will be joined by The Aquabats (first UK tour in five years) and Army of Freshmen, who are celebrating their 20th anniversary.
Dates are as follows (all Feb 2018) and general tickets go on sale on Wednesday 27th September. The usual reminder for Glasgow gig-goers that tickets can be purchased fee free if you pay in cash at the ABC box office (not the Academy).
VIP tickets are on sale right now from the band’s website, though seem to be priced only in US dollars ($68 – $73 depending on venue). The purchase includes your regular entry ticket and add a meet and greet package (an acoustic performance from Jaret & Erik, a photo with the band and an autographed poster plus you get through the doors earlier).
