Germany’s Rock am Ring / Rock im Park duo have announced a bunch of bands including headliners Die Toten Hosen and System of a Down. While I doubt we’ll see Die Toten Hosen making the jump over the Channel to play these shores (shame as they’re superb), this is one of a bunch of European festivals being played by the politically-charged quartet. Worth noting that they’re playing Download France on June 10th, but they’re currently not committed to anything on the 9th or 11th which would make it a safe bet that they’ll be playing Donington on one of those dates.
Rock am Ring usually sells out pretty quickly so if you’re interested in going (June 2 -4 2017) then I’d check out your savings account now-ish. Other bands announced include:
