Ramping up the list of bands as well as the excitement, Beermageddon have the following to add to the bill for August’s event, which runs over the bank holiday weekend (26th – 28th). Tickets are available from the festival website for only £40 including camping.

Outright Resistance

Take one scoop of groove, 2 scoops of heavy and a generous scoop of melody, mix it all together… boom!

A heavy metal quintet that are looking to add their own style into a scene over populated with fringes and hair straighteners. Outright Resistance bring back an old ethic of hard hitting riffs and straight talking groove combined with a new perspective on what metal can embrace.

Outright Resistance are a band who put on one hell of a show that will snap necks and tear faces from start to finish, a show you will witness at Beermageddon 2016!

Garganjua

Bringing a mountainous sound, the sludgiest, doomiest slab of tuned down gloriousness available in the free world.

There’s a darkness in the music, a bubbling undercurrent not quite hidden by the huge riffs which themselves have the warmth and sludgy fuzz that Garganjua deliver so well.

Garganjua are a band who have been making a big impact across the underground metal circuit and for good reason as you will find out at Beermageddon this August Bank Holiday!

The Dead XIII

Marching forward with their mouth-watering mixture of filthy whiskey-soaked riffs, satanically scuzzy solos and contagious choruses, Beermageddon brings you rising UK New Grave Metal outfit The Dead XIII. They played in Glasgow the other night if you want to check out James’ review.

Over recent years since their conception in 2013 the band have quickly gained notoriety throughout the UK for delivering high octane performances complete with stunning imagery dedicated to each and every show and create an enthralling amalgamation of dirty sizzling metal ‘n’ roll underpinned by blistering guitar work and infectious hooks..

The Dead XIII are bringing the horror to Beermageddon – don’t have nightmares!

Old Corpse Road

The band who won the blackened hearts of Beermageddon back in 2013 make a triumphant return to the stage in 2016, demand was high for their return.

Hailing from North East of England, an area rich with ancient tales and rife with folklore which is the foundation of their music.

Old Corpse Road provide black metal fused with the passion and atmospheres created by British folk tales, a dark and elemental journey through the power and majesty of Nature.

Poised to release their brand new album “Of Campfires and Evening Mists” where the music flows from fierce black metal through to powerful melodic passages and onto serene yet haunting moments Old Corpse Road are ready to bring this to you as they return to Beermageddon 2016!
