
After far too long playing the occasional Christmas gig and the like, Thunder have announced a small UK-wide tour (OK, England/Scotland) at some decent sized venues. Accompanying them are Terrorvision who last played live around three years ago, and up and comers King King.
Tickets go on sale this Friday (25th), though pre-sales will be available. Thunder’s own pre-sale will be tomorrow, Tuesday, at 9am. For details, check their facebook page where they’ll also be issuing details of other pre-sale opportunities.
UPDATE: Planet Rock will be running a pre-sale on Thursday from 9am.
Dates are:
- 15/02/16 – Nottingham Royal Concert Hall
- 16/02/16 – Bristol Colston Hall
- 18/02/16 – Clyde Auditorium
- 19/02/16 – Sheffield Arena
- 20/02/16 – The SSE Wembley Arena
In addition to tour dates, the band are due to release a 3-disc CD/DVD set. Entitled All You Can Eat, it documents the story of Wonder Days from conception to date. It includes:-
- The live recording of the amazing show at The Brooklyn Bowl last November.
- A live in-the-studio session at RAK Studios in London, the 2 days before the Brooklyn Bowl show.
- A documentary film, featuring live clips from both the show and the RAK session, footage from the recording studio during the making of Wonder Days, and loads of band interviews. There’s also the whole Loud Park show in Tokyo in October 2014
