This isn’t our app, but we wish it was. Put together by members of Crisix, Welcome Metal is a free app for fans who want to help out touring bands. Crash space, showing them around town, supplying a backline… all this and more. For an independent band, touring can be hugely draining financially, and a nightmare to organise. Any help you can give them will be appreciated.

Yes you heard it right, we have a map of services working in the whole Europe! What does that mean? All bands on tour travelling near these cities, now they will be able to enjoy all the services uploaded by fan users like ‘host bands’, ‘van shuttle’, ‘lend musical equipment’, ‘photography’, ‘barbecue in the garden’, ‘city tour guide’ and a long etc.
But this is only the beginning. Fans, we summon you for an important mission: We have to make this list of cities and services even bigger to achieve a greater network, so more bands can use it from any corner of the world.

It’s important to consider a fact: What it means for a band to be touring is a great economic and logistic effort, specially when they’re travelling far from home. The pandemic didn’t help to improve the situation with price inflations. If you have anything to offer like extra beds at home, van shuttle, bbq, private parking, etc. don’t hesitate to upload it. You can make a difference in the scene.
