Slayer return for one final album… but no tour plans – video out now!

After months of rumblings of “more from the Slayer camp”, it was announced today that the thrash legends will drop out of retirement for “one, final album”. Entitled Prima Aprilis, you can listen to the title track below right now, with the full album due on May 2nd. Check out our editor’s personal memories of this classic band to get an idea of how excited he’ll be about this release!

Unfortunately, as far as a live showcase is concerned, there will be no touring, including appearances at festivals. They haven’t ruled out a livestream, specifically, but we fear we’re getting our hopes up…
