Cannibal Corpse guitarist Pat O’Brien has been released on bail of $50,000 following on from the incidents of last week. The bail is split between the two charges: aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon ($30,000) and burglary of an occupied dwelling with assault or battery ($20,000).
O’Brien’s house burned to the ground as part of the bizarre series of events and he lost all of his personal possessions. A funding drive was set up by Deana Mazurkiewicz, the wife of the band’s drummer, to help get him back on his feet in that regard.
