Only one post on here today due to being very busy elsewhere, but perhaps fitting that the single point in the spotlight goes to Chester Bennington of Linkin Park who was reported dead a few hours ago. Age – only 41.
I still have the first three Linkin Park albums on regular play in the car and Bennington’s vocals are one of the reasons they’ve stood the test of time and hundreds of other albums vying for my drivetime attention.
Sounds like another victim of depression and mental illness as well. Awful, awful news.
I could have picked from two dozen videos to footer this post, easily. I’ve gone with “Numb”. Because I am. And because it’s a bloody wonderful song with a strong message.
