Glasgow crossover crew Revolve have unleashed a ferocious new track, ‘Withered’.
First teased a few weeks ago as part of a now-shelved split with fellow Glaswegians Eternal War, the new tune is laden with the thunderous riffs, relentless pace, titanic grooves, incendiary licks, and monstrous vocals which have fuelled Revolve’s relentless rise to the top-tier of Scotland’s world-class hardcore scene.
Those who caught ‘Withered”s live debut as Revolve opened for American hardcore-thrashers Power Trip, alongside Kingpin and Revulsion, in May will be pleased to hear that the track has lost little of its potency in recorded form, thanks to some stellar DIY production. Coupled with the haunting artwork by Grace Brown, it’s a real treat for Revolve’s growing army of fans.
