In November, Agonia Records will take it upon themselves to re-release the self-titled Hail of Bullets debut EP from 2007 which led to the band being signed to Metal Blade. Having members from Asphyx, Thanatos, Houwitser and Gorefest (do I really need to tell you who?) shows you the level and quality of this Dutch old school death metal supergroup Hail of Bullets.
I decided it was time to grow a pair and comment on a simple Facebook post that the band had made about the release and requested an interview and, almost immediately, guitarist and main songwriter Stephan Gebedi replied. I enlisted the help of Scotland’s own old school death metal upstart Kenny from BrainBath for this interview and needless to say, we already have something else lined up in store for you all. In the meantime, find out funny stories about back then, the bands Stephan was in and whether Kenny and I have convinced Stephan to come out of retirement.
