Simple things first – where are you guys from?
We’re from DFW, the Dallas Fort Worth area. Some of us are in edford, Arlington, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth, Texas!
How long have you been playing together as a band?
We’ve been playing together as a full band since 2019 but Michael and I (Chad) have been playing music together since 2016!
Where does the name of the band come from?
It took a while but we landed on Metallica lyrics from “Trapped Under Ice”, Frozen Soul frozen down to the core!
Describe your music. What makes you unique?
That’s always a hard one, I’m not really sure what makes us unique but we work hard not to be a complete replica of something else. We spend a lot of time crafting our songs then breaking them down and rebuilding. We also spend a lot of energy on our image and merch to give the best version of us we can!
What’s your live show like? Why are people going to watch you instead of another band?
We try to create an atmosphere when we play, not going to far but create an encasing effect while delivering pummeling heaviness! No one will be disappointed!

Have you played Bloodstock before? If so, when?
We have not, this will be our first time and we are so excited! We’ve only ever dreamed of playing!
How/when did you find out that you’d be playing the SOPHIE stage?
We found out recently and we are so stoked! Was just watching Napalm’s set from the stage the other day!
What sort of setlist can we expect?
Absolutely heavy and straight to the point to keep you on your feet and moving!
Which other band do you most hope you’re not clashing with so you can see them play?
We are only in town Thursday and have a show the following day, but we’re super excited for all the bands on the Sophie Stage!
What are you working on at the moment?
We just released our second full length Glacial Domination and are just gearing up for a lot of touring!
What’s the wildest thing you’ve seen or done at a live show?
At our show in Boston there was a show happening below in the basement area stage and someone swung from the pipes on the ceiling and the pipe broke so they had to evacuate the entire building!
What drink do you throw back to get yourself fired up before going on stage?
Celsius energy drinks and Monocos!
