How long have you been playing as a band?
JC-A few years or so , 4 or 5 I think.
Before you get sick of being asked… where does the band name come from?
JC- a headline in the Edinburgh Evening News

DM- Anything from Neil Diamond to Napalm Death
Describe your music. What makes you unique?
Liam Roberts (drums) – Nice simple jaggy riffs, with few solos as Daz has Muckle sausage fingers.
Do you have any particular lyrical themes?
No just how we feel at the time of writing.
What’s your live show like? How many shows have you played?
JC- Two old guys looking like they’re about to have a stroke, with the singer reading the lyrics off the floor as he’s got dementia. Nobody ever sees Ross as his heid is above the lighting rig but you can hear the thunder with Liam bevvied oot his nut on the drums with eyes like piss holes in the snow. No idea how many but loads over the UK, Ireland and Europe.
What’s the wildest thing you’ve seen or done at a live show?
Ross Corbett (Bass) – A guy in a TOTO t-shirt doing a crab dance at Banshee Labyrinths in Edinburgh.
What kit do you use / guitars do you play / etc.?
JC- 2 no. Ampeg SVT-7 PRO’s, Ampeg Cab, Fender and ESP Bass’s, Marshall Mode 4’s, Marshall Cabs, Fender Telecasters and Ibanez guitars, Pearl Crystal Beat acrylic shells, with Remo Skins, Vic Firth 2B sticks, Axis Longboard pedals, Stagg Cymbals.
What, if anything, are you plugging/promoting at the moment?
JC- We released a new album called The World Is Fucked on the 17th of July 2020 on CD and available digitally both via Bandcamp and we also released a gatefold purple vinyl of the album on the 21st of August 2020
What are your plans for 2020, into 2021?
LR- Plans are fucked for 2020 tbh, possibly a show on 2nd October 2020 with Swellbellys, Assert and Happy Spastics. Hoping to get over to Ireland again asap then a jaunt back over to Europe.
If you were second on a three-band bill, which band would you love to be supporting and which band would you choose to open for you? A chance to plug someone you’ve toured with, or a mate’s band we’ve not heard of before!
RC- Would love to have either Grey Stag or Black Shuck either side of us.
