Simple things first – where are you guys from?
We are from Boston, Massachusetts!
How did you meet?
The first time Johnny Skulls (Singer) and I met was when he had filled in on Drums for one of my previous touring bands! After that tour we stayed in touch and eventually ended up moving to LA together where we lived for about 5 years! We wrote a lot of material for the new band while in Los Angeles before eventually moving back home to Boston to get this new band going!

How long have you been playing as a band?
We released our debut single back on July 17 and officially launched the band at the same time! Very new and very excited to have the first single out!!
Before you get sick of being asked… where does the band name come from?
Never sick of being asked that! It’s actually an old western term meaning “above ground and still living”. There are so many snakes we’ve come across in life whether it’s in the music industry , cancer, a bully, you must rise above that snake and never look back!
What are your influences?
Korn, Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, Blink 182, Metallica, Five Finger Death Punch
What kit do you use / guitars do you play / etc.?
Currently I’m using a Kemper profiler rack , Harley Benton 2×12 cab with celestion vintage 30 speakers, PRS 277 Baritone Guitars, and Shure wireless products!
What, if anything, are you plugging/promoting at the moment?
We just released our first single “Adrenaline” available everywhere and you can see our brand new animated visualizer for the song too, on youtube! [and down below – Mosh]

What are your plans for the rest of 2020?
Well it’s looking like touring won’t resume until 2021 unfortunately but for the rest of this year, we will be releasing more music and preparing for the next 6 months!
If you were second on a three-band bill, which band would you love to be supporting and which band would you choose to open for you? A chance to plug someone you’ve toured with, or a mate’s band we’ve not heard of before!
That’s a hard one! So many great bands out there! I would have to say it would be great to support either Korn or Five Finger Death Punch!
