In case you didn’t know (get out from under that rock!) we’re hosting a third stage at Wildfire this year on the Saturday and Sunday. Just to make sure you know what mouthwatering musical delights are heading your way, we’ll be featuring a profile of each of “our” bands in the runup!
Wildfire is held at Wiston Lodge, about 30 mins south of Glasgow, from June 23rd to 25th and tickets can be purchased from the official website.

The Dead XIII, a 5 piece horror metal band from Manchester, released their long awaited debut album Catacombs on the 10th August 2015. The album has had great reviews from Kerrang! [4K], Powerplay Magazine [8], TBFM [5*], with tracks from the album also being featured on the cover mount cd of Terrorizer Magazine, receiving international video premieres and being playlisted by Kerrang! radio.
The Catacombs album and “XIII” single were named on the ‘Kerrang! Staff’s’ top 10 albums and singles of the year respectively. Early 2016 saw the band release the video for “The Greatest Mistake”, via Kerrang! The video reached number 3 on their Hottest list.
Forming in early 2013, The Dead XIII have toured with a variety of bands including Aiden, AshestoAngels, Doyle (Ex Misfits), Farewell my Love, Griever, Never Found and Masamune… as well as sharing the stage with Annisokay, Bad Pollyanna, Carcer City, Fearless Vampire Killers, Forever Never and William Control. Their live show has earnt the bands several great reviews including Kerrang ratings of 4K & 5K.
2017 has seen them head out on tour with Misfits legend Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein’s solo band, Doyle, followed by a brief headline run around the UK. The band are currently working on their greatly anticipated second album which is set for release later this year.
