Black Roses: The Killing of Sophie Lancaster

Sophie LancasterIn case you missed it, Black Roses is now available on BBC iPlayer (which may mean that it’s only available to UK viewers – sorry – and can be viewed for the next 26 days) and tells the story of Sophie Lancaster through a series of poignant poems written by award-winning poet Simon Armitage alongside her mother, Sylvia Lancaster remembering her daughter’s shortened life and is something everybody should watch.
