Video Roundup: Psychostick / SnakeyeS / Ursinne / Normandie / Defecto / Jane N’ The Jungle

The weekend rolls around once again and we have a barrel (a big barrel) load of videos backed up. Here’s the cream of the crop, the froth from the top…

Psychostick – “Give Thanks or Die”

Needing no introduction, madcap metalheads Psychostick celebrate the most important element of the American pre-Xmas festivities: the food. Oh, yeah, and it’s a parody of Slipknot’s “Get This”, so you have an idea of what to expect.

SnakeyeS – “Metal Monster”

We’ve been featuring these guys since way back when, and now SnakeyeS are back with a new album, Metal Monster. It will be released on November 25th, 2017, on both CD and digitally, and will be available for download and streaming through all major music digital distribution platforms.

Ursinne – “Something Wicked This Way Comes”

Death metal supergroup Ursinne have released their third official video, this one for the track “Something Wicked This Way Comes” which is about witches.

Normandie – “Pay For This”

Swedish rock outfit Normandie have released the video for their brand new single “Pay For This”, to coincide with their forthcoming UK/European tour. The track is the first material to feature new bassist Lucas Englund. Catch the band in the UK on the following dates:

  • 07.12.2017 – London UK, Boston Music Room
  • 09.12.2017 – Southampton UK, Joiners
  • 10.12.2017 – Nottingham UK, Bodega
  • 11.12.2017 – Birmingham UK, O2 Academy 3
  • 13.12.2017 – Manchester UK, Sound Control
  • 14.12.2017 – Glasgow UK, Attic
  • 15.12.2017 – Newcastle UK, Think Tank

Defecto – “Nemesis”

Defecto is Denmark’s newest and finest addition to melodic and progressive metal, featuring huge catchy choruses, massive riffs, blazing solos and grandiose symphonies. In two weeks they will be ready with their sophomore album Nemesis (out Dec 1st). Defecto had a splendid 2017 including support slots for mastodons such as Metallica and Rammstein, and a nearly sold out Denmark tour.

To celebrate their album they are releasing a music video for their second single “Nemesis”, right here:

Jane N’ The Jungle – “Wild Side”

Phoenix, AZ based alternative rock band Jane N’ The Jungle has released the official music video for their newest energetic, wild, and contagiously addicting single”Wild Side”.
