Saturday Video Roundup: deny all ROBOTS, JIBE, Prevail, Yorkshire Rats, Quinn Sullivan, All That Remains

Busy weekend ahead for your editor here, with a total of 10+ hours of Krav Maga including a grading on Sunday. Hopefully I’ll be alive to continue publishing more articles on Monday!

deny all ROBOTS – “Meesces”

In the runup to their first gig of 2017 (Scruffy Murphy’s, Birmingham Dale End, April 29th), deny all ROBOTS have dropped a video for another mental track, “Meesces”.

JIBE – “We’ve Only Just Begun”

Legendary Dallas, Texas rock band JIBE has released the official music video for “We’ve Only Just Begun”, the second single off of their upcoming album, Epic Tales of Human Nature. Due out June 9th, Epic Tales of Human Nature was produced by Matt Noveskey (Blue October), and mixed by Grammy award-winning producer/engineer Toby Wright (Metallica, Alice In Chains, Korn).

Prevail – “Exterminate the Weak”

Prevail delivers groovy death metal directly from the darkest parts of Jutland Denmark. The experienced five-piece – including former members of Svartsot – recently released their debut album through Prime Collective.

Now they are releasing a music video for their first single “Smiting Our Enemy”. With a tornado of leg crushing guitar riffs and technical ability fused with lyrics that address topics and stories about the darker side of the human mind, they present to you a very controversial music video, which includes the executions of major political characters.

Yorkshire Rats – “Alone Together”

UK punk rock act Yorkshire Rats are pleased to announce their self-titled EP will be released on Friday 16th June through Northern Ruff Records and is available for pre-order right now from the band’s official website.

To celebrate the news they are streaming a brand new music video for “Alone Together” their first single from the upcoming release. A rapid-fire track which seeks to channel the harder edge of their songwriting.

Quinn Sullivan – “Something for Me”

Quinn Sullivan has been a music professional for more than 75 percent of his life. He’s shared the stage with Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton, Los Lobos, The Roots, Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi and Joe Bonamassa, and he opened for B.B. King, who later invited him to play his treasured “Lucille” guitar.

Check out the video for “Something For Me”, taken from the new album Midnight Highway, out now via Mascot Label Group/Provogue.

All That Remains – “Louder”

With just weeks until the release of their highly anticipated eighth studio album, All That Remains continue serving up powerful hard rock anthems. The New England-based band will release their Howard Benson (Halestorm, Papa Roach, Chris Cornell) produced record, Madness, on April 28th via Eleven Seven Music.
