Sunday Video Review: Ghouls, The Barnum Meserve, The Mute Gods, Sainted Sinners, Idles, A Trust Unclean

The end of one week or the start of another? Sundays can be so confusing…

Ghouls – “Seasonal Affective”

London-based punk rock quintet, Ghouls, are striding into 2017 with their new 12 track album, Run set for release on 5th May 2017 via 1471 Records. The band have launched in to the record campaign sharing the new single, video and Seasonal Affective tour dates where they’ll be playing around the UK in March.

The Barnum Meserve – “Flight”

Turning their back on the traditional rock band set up, The Barnum Meserve aim to breath fresh life into the genre with the release of their epic ten track album When All Is Lost, due for release on 21st April 2017 via 34D Records. Check out their new video from the album, “Flight”.

The Mute Gods – “Tardigrades Will Inherit The Earth”

Nick Beggs (Steven Wilson, Steve Hackett), Roger King (Steve Hackett) and Marco Minnemann (Joe Satriani, Aristocrats) aka The Mute Gods are pleased to announce the release of their new album tardigrades will inherit the earth. Check out the new official video for the album’s title track.

Sainted Sinners – “Maybe She’s Got Balls”

The wait is over; last week Sainted Sinners released their self-titled debut album. To celebrate the album release, the band reveals their brand-new video clip for the song “Maybe She’s Got Balls”.

Idles – “Mother”

Passionate, furious and darkly comedic, Idles’ debut album was described perfectly by Uncut as: “a rare rock record with the rage, urgency, wit and shattering of complacency usually found only in grime.”

Brutalism is out on March 10th, and touring starting in two weeks, six of those dates having already sold out… and they were just onfirmed for Reading and Leeds, too.

A Trust Unclean – “To Encompass And Eclipse”

UK groove death metallers A Trust Unclean will release their highly anticipated new EP Parturition on Basick Records on June 2nd. In celebration of the news, the band unveiled their new video “To Encompass and Eclipse” recently.
