Wednesday Video Roundup: Making Monsters, Landmarks, JOANovARC, Oni

Midweek madness – we’re busy as all Hades here at Moshville Towers, and sure you are too! Enjoy a little break chilling out to these little numbers…

Making Monsters – “Call Me Out”

Getting some Radio 1 play courtesy of Daniel P Carter, and with a performance at Scotland’s T in the Park looming, Making Monsters are making a name for themselves. Here’s their latest single, “Call Me Out”

Landmarks – “Cutting Strings”

A little more laid back is this offering from Manchester’s Landmarks. It’s from their forthcoming EP In Spite of it All, due out on August 12th.

JOANovARC – “White Trash”

Which shades of Joan Jett and Girlschool – and that’s no bad thing – London-based aall-female rock act JOANovARC have an album scheduled for later this year. If this absolute toe-tapper is anything to go by then we’re in for a treat when it launches.

Oni – “Eternal Recurrence”

Definitely today’s most “metal” video is this slice of progressive metal from the Cayman Islands, a first time for this British Overseas territory to be featured on these pages! They’re also probably the first band we’ve covered who use a xylo-synth. Ironshore, the band’s first album, will be out soon.
