Thursday Video Roundup: Jamie-Lee Smit, Gears, Louder Than Quiet, Coercion 96

Will this week never end?! Ah, yes, it will – just a day or so to go and you’re unleashed for the weekend! In the meantime, unleash these tracks now…

Jamie-Lee Smit – “Revivre”

Jamie-Lee Smit of Azylya has a solo album, Mon Amour Monique, out now and she’s just released this song from it.

Gears – “End This”

Gears are a hard rock act from Florida and recently released an EP entitled Pride Comes Before the Fall. Check out this video from it and pick up the EP on iTunes if you like what you hear.

Louder Than Quiet – “Gypsies R Us”

Louder than Quiet marries elements of post hardcore and death metal in the new video which depicts an issue many are familiar with; racial injustice. The lyrics for the track were inspired by a time where vocalist Ali Rezghi’s mother was judged for her economic status.

Coercion 96 – “Live and Learn”

Originally formed in 1996 by members of the bands Good Riddance, Fury 66, and The Lonely Kings, Coercion 96 has recently reformed after a 20-year hiatus and has completed recording a 4 song E.P. titled Exit Wounds due out July 1st, 2016 on Bird Attack Records. The EP also features Tony Palermo from the band Papa Roach on the drums.
