Saturday Video Roundup (The 69 Eyes, Pryti, Drakwald, Staring Out the Sun)

Ah, the weekend. Time to let your hair down (if you have any) and enjoy some new music. Isn’t that what weekends are all about?

The 69 Eyes – “Dolce Vita”

The Helsinki vampires are back with another slab of gothic rot’n’roll. Dust off the cobwebs and shimmy to “Dolce Vita” from Universal Monsters, due out on April 22nd. Pre-order it now from Nuclear Blast and they’ll chuck in a free poster.

Pryti – “Bitter Pill”

Sticking with the melancholy, here’s Pryti with the first single from her debut album Tales Of A Melancholic (see, it’s even in the title) which is out now.

Drakwald – “Erase By Fire”

Keeping it dark, but ramping up the tempo for this new release from bagpipe-wielding death-metallers Drakwald. It’s from Riven Earth which is due out on May 7th.

Staring Out the Sun – “Trust No One (Break The Silence Part 3)”

A catchy bit of alt-metal to round things off today courtesy of London’s Staring Out The Sun. Their latest EP is out on May 13th and they’re touring playing the Barfly in London on April 11th as well as a bunch of dates up and down the country in May and June.
