100-Word Review: End of Pipe – Keep Running

End Of Pipe - Keep RunningEnd of Pipe are a melodic punk rock band from the Santa Catarina region of Brazil. They formed in 2006 and Keep Running is their second EP and will be available from the 18th August via Bomber Music. The label is already streaming the album on their page, so you can get a good listen to it before buying a copy in a couple of weeks!

End of Pipe apparently made a name for themselves playing parties and skate competitions around their home region, and their music suits those environments perfectly. A continually upbeat sound, non-stop driving tempo that would fit the soundtrack for any instalment of the Tony Hawk video games.

The six tracks make for good listening and I can see the band being great fun live, especially if they’ve cut their teeth on the party scene.

Don’t forget to check them out now and to make a date in your diary for the 18th when it goes on sale. Skate-tastic Brazilian punk rock!
