The Virginmarys, having recently returned from a successful US tour, have now confirmed three in-store appearances/acoustic sessions to support the physical release of new studio album, Divides.
Released May 6th via Spinefarm Records, the CD format of this 12 track release – produced by the legendary Gil Norton (Pixies, Foo Fighters, etc.) – will be available through HMV as a limited edition with signed booklet.
Divides sees the Macclesfield trio delivering their finest offering to date – a from-the-heart release laced with power, passion & outspoken energy; Divides includes both of the band’s most recent singles / videos, “Into Dust” & “Motherless Land”.
Sadly I won’t be at any of these, because I have the inconvenience of a full-time job and travelling from Glasgow is just a touch lengthy. I will, however be seeing them three times in the space of a month (can you tell I like them?) starting with their Deaf Institute headline show.

- Friday, 6th May – Fopp, Manchester (5.30pm)
- Monday, 9th May – Fopp, Covent Garden (5.30pm)
- Friday, 13th May – Retro Vibe Music, Cardiff (7.00pm)
